Sound QualityThe clean channel is not bad at all. very crisp sound. However the distortion channel leaves a little more to be desired, some times it sounds like a duck has died in the amp! 6 out of 10 |
Build QualityStrong as hell with a smooth black finish. The switches and knobs are good quality and pretty strong. 8 out of 10 |
Defects Upon PurchaseNope |
Additional CommentsA decent training amp. Although it's not bad for the price there are better models out there. |

Sound QualityGood sound for a little amp...10 Watts...but this thing gets loud. Very clear when clean...very rich when overdrive is on. 8 out of 10 |
Build QualityVery solid little amp. Comes with an overdrive button (very nice feature). It also includes 3 inputs (Input, CD In-Emulated line out, Emulated headphones), and 4 knobs (Clean-volume, Gain, Overdrive-volume, Contour) 9 out of 10 |
Defects Upon PurchaseNope |
Additional CommentsVery good practice amp for a cheap price. |

Sound QualityAs everyone is already aware Marshall is an excellent manufacturer of amplifiers. Even something as the MG10CD proves this, providing superior sound quality compared to most other manufactures. The clean sound is clear and crisp, and the overdrive is very flexible. Use of the contour allows you to get a whole range of different sound suitable for a wide range of playing styles. 9 out of 10 |
Build QualityA very robust amplifier. 8 out of 10 |
Defects Upon PurchaseNo |
Additional CommentsI got this amp second hand off a friend for a great price of £10! Now that is a bargain. All in all a great little amp! |
