How to Play Power Chords

[ Back to Guitar Alliance Demo Lessons ]

Power chords are easy to play chords that only require the use of 2 or 3 fingers to play. Best of all, with a little volume and distortion, they can sound really BIG.

They're also very easy to move around. This enables you to play just about any song with them.

I've put together a great power chord tutorial where you can learn how to play power chords. You'll also be able to practice them with on-line exercises. It's a glimpse of what you'll find in the Guitar Alliance Members Area.
