Comment: I was looking for a special gift for my friend's 9-year old niece, and stumbled on this Debutante Rock Candy Electric Guitar Pack. WOW!! It's so perfect for her, and comes with everything... gig bag, strap, picks, cleaning cloth, guitar tuner, and even an instructional DVD made just for girls so she can learn how to properly hold the guitar, tune it up, and start learning to play chords, notes, and songs. And the amp sounds good and is an adorable pink. And the guitar is made by Daisy Rock, a company that specializes in making guitars just for girls - all their guitars have slimmer necks that are easier for girls to get their hands around, and their light weight too so girls can handle them better. Daisy Rock has repeatedly earned high markings from artists and magazines like Guitar Player, Guitar World, Modern Guitars, etc... they are really nice guitars! But until now, most of their stuff has been for pretty serious players. The beauty of their new Debutante line is that these guitars are lower cost and more affordable than their flagship line, making this the perfect starter guitar for girls.
