Summary: Great strings - poor service
Comment: I placed my order on Aug. 27, the strings didn't arrive until Sept. 15, and they did not include "Bonus 6 Pack" of picks. My order was for 4 sets of strings and The Instrument Store shipped them all together in one small package but charged me four times for shipping and handling. The shipping charges were more than the strings! Can't trust them anymore now.
