Comment: Just picked one up at a pawn shop for $65 bucks. Guess I got ripped off a little. Oh well, saved shipping and tax. I bought it as a drag-along banger to take to the beach, but it sounds great! Almost as good as my high-end Spanish guitar. Looks a little cheap with the wide grain face and painted sides and back and a plastic bridge, but it's a really nice sounding guitar for a cheapo.

Summary: Excellent beginner guitar
Comment: The reason this guitar got five stars was that I judged it against it's price. Now, obviously, a $50 guitar is not going to wow anyone, but for a beginner, this is an excellent buy. It produces a decent sound, it made from basswood/linden wood, and best of all the price is dirt cheap. If you are looking for a beginner classical guitar, this is the way to go. Just change to strings and the guitar is a good a deal as you will find. I plan to upgrade latter, but will still keep this guitar as a travel instrument.

Comment: I was expecting a toy guitar but this baby is real. With the price i paid i am actually learning and practising with a real guitar :) This is a good deal if you have never played before and start learning. But if you are Level II or more than go with a better acoustic guitar. I also recommend a stand to keep it safe cuz the carrying case is kind of tight so it is easy to mess up the tune when you put it in or take it out the case. The sound is pretty good and it has been couple of weeks now and i started to play couple of songs already. So if you are a new beginner like myself and dont wanna spend a lot of money for a hobby go with this baby.

Comment: If you are a beginner, that is the best guitar you can get: nylon strings, fairly good sound and good price. As long as you improve your skills, you will find that the sound of this guitar will not satisfy your needs.
