Comment: I bought this as a gift, so, my experience is limited. However, what i did see is that the G7th was as smooth and usable as it claims to be. i definitely intend to get one for myself.

Comment: This product is truly amazing. I was a little hesitant, becuase of the price, but based on the other reviews, I took the plunge. This thing is simply the highest quality capo I have ever used. It is worth every penny.
Here are the pros:
1) A retarded monkey could figure out how to use this thing within about 12 seconds.
2) The build quiality is so good that I believe you could run over this thing with a MAC truck and gig with it the same night without a back-up.
3) You have excellent control over the tension
4) It is very safe. I use this on my US made Jackson soloist and US Washburn N4 with no fear that it will harm the finish. It has plenty of padding in all the right places.
The Cons:
1) if you are reading this, you must not have one. That is all.
The price is not a con. When you get this, you will see that it is well worth the cheddar. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Comment: I have been playing the guitar for over 30 years and have used many different types of Capo's during this time. Without any question, this is by far, the highest quality capo I have ever used or seen. Undoubtedly, this unit will last well beyond a lifetime. The only question is, does one really need a capo this snazzy? It can be equated to the the question, does one really need a solid gold tooth pick? Conversely, if you can afford this and have the expendable income to justify it, than by all means, go for it. You definitely will not be disappointed with the unit. The quality, design, functionality and appearance is beyond anything the competition is touting.
