Customer Rating: Summary: Junk! Comment: This is a very shoddily constructed instrument. The fretboard is actually separating from the neck! It's literally falling apart! It seems like someone glued some pieces of plywood together in the shape of a guitar. It also won't stay in tune. The bag that comes with it is very thin and cheaply made. A travesty! Customer Rating: Summary: Better to purchase this "in store" instead of online! Comment: Not sure about the actual product because actually getting it is harder than it seems! I ordered a guitar from Austin Bazaar. They billed my credit card BEFORE shipping. The ship date that I was given originally was March 2nd. On March 2nd I received an email that said my item was currently out of stock. Why did they wait until the SHIP DATE to notify me of this? This was a gift and I had nothing on the day I needed it!! When I canceled my order and left feedback that was justified, I received a phone call from the seller basically copping an attitude about my feedback because he was not aware of the email that I received that stated my item was no longer in stock.
My advice to the vendor is: 1. Get it together. Your employees should be aware of the emails your company sends before they call people at home with mis-information. 2. Don't charge people for things that are not in stock. 3. Don't call people at home to haggle over feedback that is received. Its totally unprofessional to call someone and whine about feedback. I had a poor experience dealing with you so just deal with that so it doesn't happen to your next customer!
Just so you know, at your request, I removed the feedback that I originally left. I am leaving this review because I believe that customers should be aware of what they are getting themselves into when ordering from you. I fully intend on ordering from Amazon.com in the future because I love the site and generally have no problems with orders.
