This palm size guitar tuner is one of its kind with price, function and size. This automatic tuner tunes acoustic, electric and bass guitars. It automatically detects the note being played, no need to manually tell the tuner which note you are tuning. Its combined digital VU meter and LED provide hands free accurate tuning. In addition, the electronic pitchpipe function plays E, A, D, G, B, and E for easy tuning. It has an input jack that can be connected to tune electric guitar.

Customer Rating: Summary: Bad !!! Comment: this tuner is just bad, goes out alot and also does not know what chord you are hitting half the time.
Customer Rating: Summary: Not Bad Comment: I purchased this tuner about 4 years ago. The external mic on the tuner is not the greatest, so this tuner works best for an electric/acoustic electric guitar where you can plug in, although in a pinch I have used it with the external mic successfully. Tuning has generally been quite accurate, but as it has gotten older it increasingly seems to be having trouble "fixing" on the pitch of the string, which can be frustrating. In addition, the batteries now seem to too easily become loose and no matter how many times I pry the contacts up to re-establish a tight fit, within a few weeks the batteries are loose again.
Like many tuners when the batteries are weak, it can give some weird results.
Particularly given the price, I can't complain about how long it lasted or how it has performed. All in all a good tuner for an very low price. For a little more money, this time around I will try the Korg GA-30 and see if it performs any better.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good Low Cost Tuner Comment: Works well enough for any beginner/novice. Not breaking the bank with this one. Intuitive and easy to use.
Would recommend as a decent low cost tuner.
Customer Rating: Summary: Terrible Tuner Comment: This tuner is very inconsistent. I followed the instructions exactly, had it so quiet in the house you could hear a pin drop. Tuned the first 3 strings to what it said was perfect, went back to the first just to confirm, and the tuner said those strings were completely out of tune again. Does NOT work.
Customer Rating: Summary: PIECE OF GARBAGE Comment: I've bought this stupid thing TWICE and BOTH TIMES it has failed on me. For some reason, it just stops working. I change the batteries and all that but everytime I try to plug it into my guitar, NOTHING! It just doesn't recieve the signal. So for the most part I have to try and play my guitar real close to the tuner's mic and try to work it from there. VERY FRUSTRATING.
