The seller took my money the same day but never sent the item. I called a week later and was told to call back another day to speak to a manager who handles Amazon orders. When I finally talked to someone who knows what to do, he explained that the order from Amazon never carried over to their system...I had to ask, "So...how were you guys able to take my money but not send the order?"
